I have been working in the hearing Industry for over 30 years. When I graduated from High school I took a summer job at the House Ear Clinic as bilingual hearing technician and later was offered by them to continue my education to become a Hearing Aid Dispenser. Being able to help someone hear and to know that I'm making a difference is someone's life is my favorite aspect of my job. I recently fit a young lady who has suffered all her life from ear infections and never worn hearing aids till now as an adult. When I fitted her with hearing aids she was in tears because she hasn't well in years. The day I fitted her with hearing aids her family took her out to dinner to celebrate, when they went to pay the bill a customer in the restaurant heard that they were celebrating that she can hear so he paid for the bill them because he was happy for her.
