I've been working in the hearing health care industry 21-years! I started working in the Los Angeles office in 1996 while still attending college. I remember seeing the look and reaction from the patients when the audiologist fit them with hearing aids for the first time and thought wow that is amazing! It was so impactful, I fell in love with the industry and decided to change my career path! My favorite part of what I do each day is seeing the reaction of my patient when I first turn on their hearing aids, seeing their eyes light up when they can effortlessly hear their loved ones, spouse, friends and family! After 21-years this never gets old! 


15 years ago I saw a male patient for a consultation, he was upset to be here and did not feel he had any hearing loss! When I first walked in the room he said "Mr. Leon, I'm only here because my children insisted I come, I don't have a hearing problem, my hearing is fine". After a series of tests, it was obvious that he had a need for amplification but he was in denial and was refusing to use amplification! Finally, for the sake of the family, he decided to try hearing aids! A week after the initial fit, he came back for his first follow-up visit and the first thing he said was "wow, who knew I was missing so much"- he became my biggest fan and a big promoter of better hearing! 


He recently passed from pancreatic cancer; I visited him a few days before his passing. I'll never forget his words to me; he said, "Mr. Leon I thank you for everything you did to bring me back to the hearing world and, remember, when you have other old stubborn patients like I was, in denial and rejecting your help, don't let them walk out your door, tell them my story, that even in my dying days I would not go a day with my hearing aids."



Eduardo was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He addressed concerns my father had and got him fit with hearing aids. My father is very happy with them; they're even compatible with his phone! The receptionist in this office is very friendly and answered some questions I had about the provider before actually scheduling the appointment.
